Brent Hood - Co-founder/Managing Partner

As managing partner of PBS, Brent brings a successful track record of continual business success. Prior to co-founding PBS he has served as a Director for Lightedge Solutions, and a held numerous management positions within MCI. As a visionary Brent has the unique ability to manage from a C suite level, while continuing to motivate and inspire all agents and staff members alike. Brent enjoys spending time with his family outside of work, attending his kids sporting events, golfing, and supporting his wife and her volunteer work. He is a passionate Iowa Hawkeye and New York Yankees fan.

Mike Needham - Co-Founder/Managing Partner

As managing partner of PBS, Mike's burning desire to succeed and his business acumen have been critical parts of the company's growth. Mike has modeled the business to scale with client growth, and in doing so put PBS in a position to be financially and operationally healthy well into the future. Prior to co-founding PBS he served as a VP for American Republic and also held management positions at MCI where he received some of the company's top accolades. Outside of the office Mike enjoys watching his children's sporting events, boating, hunting and fishing, and attending Iowa Hawkeye Football games with his wife.

Mike Sobieski - Vice President of Operations

As Vice President of Operations at PBS, Mike brings 25 years of industry experience along with his vast call center knowledge and proven track record of success to PBS. Prior to PBS, Mike has held numerous operation roles within MCI, Sitel, First Advantage and Wells Fargo. Mike has extensive experience in multiple verticals, including telecommunications, financial services, energy markets and MSO/Cable. Mike has won numerous industry awards and certificates surrounding leadership, process improvement, sales management along with customer satisfaction and quality. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with an emphasis in Economics and Finance from Westmar College. In Mike's spare time, he enjoys being outdoors, spending time with the family and watching college and professional athletics.

Robb Prohaska - Director of Quality Assurance & Reporting

As Director of QA and Reporting, Robb has a firm understanding of what delivering top notch quality and reporting is. His attention to detail and extremely high standards has been critical for PBS. Prior to PBS Robb held positions with Wells Fargo and MCI. He's a huge fan of music, specifically Pearl Jam and has met quite a few celebrities including Eddie Vedder, Gene Simmons, Bob Costas, and Hulk Hogan.
